I love to make these chocolate pops for my son. They are full of real food, and protein; and he loves them. I don't add any sweetener but the fruit. Everything gets sweeter as it is frozen. You can change the fruit around if you want. I made them once with frozen cherries and they were PINK! I use a Vitamix.


Meatza Pizza! Low carb pizza

We have been experimenting with Meatza pizzas over here, since my husband has gone low carb. Love this one. Obviously skip the sauce if you are a non-plant eating zero carber. You could make this with fresh mozzarella on top, or any way you like. I bought shredded cheese and sliced cheese to make it easier. I put the sauce on the side for husband, usually. I eat it without.


Stevia Sweetened Blueberry Lavender Lemonade

Blueberries are in season and we have a big craving! This lemonade sounds strange, but it is actually really addictive and delicious!! For this, I used dried lavender from my own garden that I had just dried, so it was pretty fresh, resulting in a very strong lavender taste. If you are using fresh lavender, I recommend you half the lavender but keep the same amount of water if you don't want a strong lavender taste. If you bought it from the store, or it came from a teabag, no problem. Even though the lavender was strong in our lemonade, we still love the taste. Blueberries are a low sugar berry bursting with antioxidants, phytonutrients, fiber, and tannins -which reduce inflammation in your digestive system! Blueberries are a superfood. They are also good for your brain, and for men ... well you can look that one up ;). Blueberries are #14 on the dirty pesticide list, so try to buy them organic.
